Keeping Families Together: Parole in Place

The Keeping Families Together policy can allow for certain noncitizen spouses and noncitizen children of a U.S. Citizen to request parole in place. Call our office to determine if you qualify for this new executive order.

Employed-Based (EB) Immigration Including Investor & EB-5 Visas

Our corporate & employment-based team handles all manner of employment-based immigration matters, including visa options of H-1B, H-2A, H-2B, TN-1, TN-2, O, P, R, L-1, E-3, J-1, Consular Processing, and I-9 Compliance.

Family-Based (FB) Immigration

US citizens and Permanent Residents (aka LPR) may file a petition for qualifying family members so that they may obtain permanent resident status (green card) and therefore join them in the United States.

U-Visa

U-Visas are reserved for victims of crimes who can demonstrate they have been mentally or physically impacted by the crime.

F-1 Student Visa

F-1 Student Visas are reserved for academic full-time students at a school that is authorized by the U.S. Government to accept international students.

U.S. Citizenship

People looking for a change of status to U.S. Citizen that meet naturalization requirements can apply for U.S. citizenship.
